Caregiver Education and Training Small Networking Meeting Highlights Video

This meeting brought together six GWEP grantees who have interventions targeting caregivers of persons with dementia, specifically those that have education and training initiatives. Through presentations and group discussions, a compendium of resources on caregiver identification practices, resources, education and assessment was created for other GWEPs to use, and for HRSA to disseminate as appropriate.

ENGAGE-IL Geriatric CEU Online Modules

ENGAGE-IL aims to improve the health and well-being of older adults by enhancing the competencies of health professionals from a variety of professions through evidence-based geriatric training and integrating geriatrics into primary care. The Online Accredited Learning in Interprofesssional Geriatrics Program provides free continuing education credits for modules on various topics including caregiver burden and understanding patient and caregiver experiences.
